Submit DICOM studies directly from the eRad PACS workstation. Images are anonymized on your machine before upload. Reports arrive automatically in your desktop app.

Common Questions

Do I need to create an account?
For individual second opinions, no account is needed. For clinic accounts with ongoing teleradiology needs, register through the eRad desktop app to get a credit balance and streamlined workflow.
What if I only have photos of my films?
That's fine. We accept JPG/PNG photos of printed films. Take a clear, well-lit photo and upload it. Our radiologists can read from film photos.
How long does it take?
Standard turnaround is 24-48 hours. STAT cases can be completed within 2-4 hours for an additional fee.
How do I pay?
We accept CBE bank transfer and telebirr. Clinic accounts use pre-funded credit balances. Individual cases require uploading a payment receipt with each submission.
Is my data safe?
Yes. Patient images are anonymized before leaving your facility. We do not store patient identifying information. All cases are reviewed anonymously.
What is the difference between clinic and individual submissions?
Clinic submissions go through the eRad desktop app with a credit balance and automatic report delivery. Individual submissions use the browser wizard with per-case payment and email delivery. Both are read by the same verified radiologists.
